L3 GROUP CONTRACTED TO SUPPORT CHANGE MANAGEMENT

As announced during previous Sunday services Trinity has contracted the L3 Group of consultants to support a significant wave of change. This is in consideration of the past decade of many changes in our pastoral charge, an upcoming move from the building and change coming in ‘how we do church’ in the future.

Betty Pries is a Cofounder and Managing Partner of the L3 Group and she has designed a process which begins with a brief interview of all involved in church leadership and a random sampling of other congregants.  These are 45 minutes in length and we’re in the process of scheduling these interviews.

An online survey (with a hard copy alternative format available) will also be available so everyone’s voice can be heard. All of this information gathering will support change management for both the Board, clergy and members.
