What’s Happening at Trinity…

Community Luncheon: Sunday January 29th in the Fellowship Hall after the morning service.

Trinity Single Women’s Dinner: Tuesday January 31st at 6.00 pm at the Concordia Club, 429 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener. Space has been reserved for 14+ people. Please let either Jane M. or Mary Ann P know if you can attend.

Trinity Book Club: will meet on Wednesday, February 15, at 1:00 pm, at the home of Margaret C. This month's book is Everyone Brave is Forgiven, by Chris Cleave. This novel, set in London, England at the outbreak of WWII, shows the effects of "The Blitz" on different social classes, and is a highly engaging story as well! Everyone is welcome to join us.

Nominations are open for your church leadership to be voted in at the Annual General Meeting of the Congregation. Contact any board member if you are interested in: Ministry Team (lay members) Board Chair/ Co-Chair / Vice Chair Board Secretary Board – Ministry Liaison (attends Ministry Team meetings) Presbytery Reps Finance Stewardship Redevelopment Steering Committee.

Parking lot access: the corner of Queen and Duke will be closed the week of January 30 – Feb 4th. Access to the church parking lot will be from the corner of Frederick and Duke.

Community Happenings…

Sunday February 5 at 4:00 pm: Bach Vespers before Lent. Spiritus Ensemble performs Bach Cantata 102, "Lord, your eyes look for faith" and the motet "Search me, O God" at The Church of St John the Evangelist, 23 Water Street North, Kitchener. With soloists Daniel Cabena, Steve Surian and Kirk Lackenbauer.; Kenneth Hull conducting. Admission free, donations gratefully received.
