What's Happening at Trinity...

May Newsletter:  Pick up your newsletter this coming Sunday.  Please take one to others who might not be in attendance, otherwise they will be mailed the middle of next week.  

 Board Meeting:  Wednesday May 16th at 6:30 pm in the chapel/ rm 102.

 To Members and Adherents of the Congregation:    Trinity ends its lease of 74 Frederick Street on May 31st, 2018. On Saturday May 12th from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM the church building will be open to members/adherents who wish to remove an item from the building as a keepsake. First come, first served. Please note that members/adherents must bring with them any assistance or tools necessary to remove their item(s). It would help the Trustees if persons who know now of items they would like to have, to let us know in advance: please email the information to Graham Brown, Chair of Trustees at First informing me, first claim. Syrian Family update: The congregation of Trinity expresses its great gratitude to Kevin Zimic and Ridgehill Ford, in Cambridge, for making all the arrangements to have new summer tires installed on the Hejjo's van. The family are thrilled about this gift and also very grateful.

The Trinity Book Club: is reading The Day the World Came to Town by journalist Jim DeFede for the next meeting on Wednesday, May 16, at 1:30 pm. Come to the home of Vi to discuss this interesting account of 9/11 in Gander, Newfoundland. All are welcome.

Single Ladies of Trinity:  save Tuesday May 22 for dinner at The Three Kretans, at 5:30, located at the corner of Frederick St and Irvin.  Please let Eleanor B. know whether you can come, or not. 

Festival of Faith:  UCC 43rd General Council July 21 – 22 beginning at 10am till evening both days at University of Ontario Institute of Technology, Durham, Oshawa.  Free event, donations can be made to Mission & Service.
