Messy Church Picnic: This Sunday June 3rd between 4 and 6 pm at the BITZERS! Join us.
Congregational Meeting: Set aside this date to join us for the congregational meeting happening June 10th after church.
Fellowship Club: Please join the Fellowship Club on Sunday, June 10th at 7:30 in the Chapel at Trinity on Church. Our guest speaker, David Cain, will escort us through Europe by means of his presentation, “Biking in Europe”. We will indulge in a slower paced lifestyle while pedalling through rich historical landscapes and spectacular scenery.
Blanket Donations: On Sunday June 17th we will have an opportunity to hear speakers from the ‘Healing of The Seven Generations – Community Healing Strategy & Support Program.’ If you have any spare, clean, heavy blankets or quilts that you could donate to their organization, please bring them on that Sunday. They will go towards the creation of a sweat lodge. Synthetic or nylon blankets are not usable due to the heat from within the structure.
Coming in June: Genesis - The Gospel according to Torah. CDs and outlines now available in the chapel under the TV monitor.
Upcoming workshops: Happening after Sunday service. ‘The Healing of the Seven Generations’ First Nations Sunday June 17th and ‘Update 4 Plans’ workshop (repeat from earlier this year) June 24th.
Seeking Camp Cook/Cooking Team: Camp Menesetung (Overnight United Church Camp just north of Goderich, ON) is seeking someone looking to spend their summer in a beautiful open-concept kitchen overlooking Lake Huron as a cook or cooking team for July & August.
