Waterloo Region Interfaith Community Breakfast: Trinity has purchased two tables at the breakfast on Wednesday, May 1, at 7 a.m., Marshall Hall, Bingemans Conference Centre, Kitchener. Reverend Rosalyn Elm of the Oneida Nation will speak on the theme From Settler to Sojourner. Climate change action: Lenten potluck and film series at Trinity United Church. Join us for a film series about climate change on Tuesday evenings throughout Lent, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Bring a meatless dish to share, and your own dishes/utensils. Discussion to follow each film (films subject to change):

Easter Memorial Flowers Deadline: Sunday April 14th: Donations are now being accepted for the flowers that will adorn our sanctuary on Easter Sunday. After the service, the plants will be delivered to Trinity shut-ins and members who have experienced the loss of a loved one in the past year. Please include your preferred wording (for the Easter bulletin memorial list) with your donation sending it attention Dorothy, or contact the church office 519-742-3578; email email@example.com.
Music Recital: Chris Clarke will be playing his harp on Saturday April 13th at 7:00pm in the chapel. A light refreshment will be served after the recital. This event is hosted by the choir.
The Trinity Book Club: meets again, on Wednesday, April 17, 1:30 at the home of Jane M. The book for discussion is "Salt to the Sea" by Ruta Sepetys, a novel set in the midst of the Second World War in Eastern Germany, as refugees seek escape by sea.
Maundy Thursday supper: a Holy Week tradition at Trinity, will take place again on Thursday, April 18 at 5:30 pm. A simple meal of bread and soup will be served in the chapel, as part of a ceremony of remembrance and preparation for Good Friday. Will you come? Could you offer some help?
